Pippa saw me quickly for my initial assessment and then fitted me in to have my orthotics made in time for a long distance running event. The orthotics made a huge difference taking the pain and blisters away from my big toes. Thank you!

I have since seen Grahame who gives you confidence for any procedures that you may need. He uses new technology (ultrasound scanner) which gives an accurate diagnosis enabling him to discuss the best treatment plan with you.

After 3 years of going “ow ow ow” with every step, following a complicated fracture, and unable to sit with my foot on the floor, I was most fortunate to come across the foot pain clinic at the Medwyn Centre. They quickly diagnosed further damage from the accident that neither the surgeon who operated on the fracture nor an orthopaedics consultant I saw after the first year of pain had detected.

I was relieved to be told that the treatment would be manipulation therapy rather than more surgery. It was going to take time, and I was warned there was no guarantee of success. Six months later I am delighted to report that I am 95% pain-free and able not only to walk in a straight line but also go for walks in the woods. I am immensely grateful to Grahame and Nigel for their expert knowledge and skilful care.

My son has been seeing Mr Mann for a year and he has changed his life. After seeing him for an ingrown toenail, Mr Mann diagnosed him with split second calf, and set about treating this with exercise and orthotics. We had tried for many years for other medical professionals to see what was wrong with his feet but with no luck. My son has worked hard to correct all of this but without Mr Mann's help and guidance this wouldn't have happened. He can now start his driving lessons again. Total life changer.

Very happy with my treatment from Mr Mann. I have suffered with a connective tissue disease for many years, and in fact before I even had my diagnosis, I saw Mr Mann with regards to my bunions and he said way back in 2014 that he thought I might have EDS. This was proven to be true almost 10 years later after going back and forth to my GP with various joint and foot issues. He is very knowledgeable about EDS and has helped me immensely with sorting out various issues with my feet.

I am very grateful for my care at Advanced Footcare Group. I most likely will be a long-term patient here due to my condition, but it feels so refreshing for my EDS to be able to be understood by someone that knows all about its complexities.

Mr Grahame Mann has treated me for an ingrowing toenail that was causing considerable discomfort. I came to Advanced Footcare at the Medwyn Centre because of his credentials and was not disappointed. His removal of the nail and aftercare was second to none. Extremely good value for money as cost of surgery included all aftercare appointments too. I highly recommend him if you need a chiropodist/podiatrist/surgeon.

Over 2 years ago, I saw Mr Grahame Mann to address the pain and tension resulting from my unstable gait. His analysis and prescription of custom insoles supported my whole body very well and greatly increased stability. In addition it improved my athletic performance in various endeavours because the redistribution of my centre of gravity and greater stability led to better movement throughout my body as my feet and lower limbs were put in a very slightly different, but much better alignment - to produce force and maintain balance.
